ALL IN Athletics Refund Policy

ALL IN Athletics has set the following guidelines on refunds for ALL IN basketball programs.

  • To request a refund, you will need to complete a refund request. The request will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether to move forward with the refund and the amount that will be refunded.
  • Refunds for injuries/long term illness or moving out of the area will be pro-rated. All refund requests must be made within one week of doctor’s initial recommendation. All injury requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
  • Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued due to the following reasons:
    • Dissatisfaction with travel/league team assignment
    • Dissatisfaction with tournament location
    • Scheduling/friendship request not honored
  • Refunds that are approved will be issued as a System Credit.
    • A full or partial System Credit will be placed onto your ALL IN account and will allow those funds to be used for future programs payments.
  • In special circumstances, a cash or credit refund will be issued. If a full or partial refund is issued, it will be issued in one of two ways:
    • Credit Card Return – If a member paid for the registration in question using a credit card, the refunded amount will be issued to the credit card.
    • Check – If the member paid for the registration in question using a check or cash, a refund check will be sent to your mailing address.
  • Refunds can only be requested by members listed on the child’s account. Credit card returns will only go back on the card originally used to pay for the program. Checks will only be sent to the address listed on the account.

All approved cash or credit refunds will be paid by check or directly to your credit card within 30 days of the refund request. Refund requests will only be accepted in writing by email to the address indicated below.

Refund requests must include:

  • Player Name and address
  • Parent and/or family name, address, phone number and email (if available)
  • Program that you are requesting a refund for
  • Reason for refund request
  • Refund request date

ALL IN Parent Code of Conduct

Parents play a major role when it comes to influencing youth basketball players to display good sportsmanship. Children often see their parents as role models and look to replicate their actions. Here are 11 principles that parents can use to promote good sportsmanship by displaying it themselves and teaching it to their kids.

It is expected that all ALL IN Athletics parents observe the following principles:

  • Children are involved in organized sports for their enjoyment. I will encourage and support my child’s desire to play his/her chosen sport but will not pressure him/her into participating.
  • I will remember that the game is fun. I will not taunt or disturb other fans, or embarrass my child by yelling at players, coaches, or officials.
  • I will support and promote Fair Play by encouraging my child to play by the rules. I will display good sportsmanship by applauding a good effort by both teams in victory and defeat, and respecting players, coaches, and officials.
  • I will remember that “wins” are based on my child’s performance, teamwork, and playing within the rules.
  • I understand that when my child is on the court, the coaches do the coaching. I will not yell instructions to my child from the sidelines or give my child instructions counter to those of the coach.
  • I understand that it is my role to teach my child sportsmanship, how to deal with success and failure, and to support my child’s development in the game.
  • I will strive to become knowledgeable about the rules of the game and support the official’s decisions on and off the court.
  • I understand the importance of skill development. For the lower age groups, I will remember that practices benefit my child more than games and competition.
  • I will respect team huddles as areas for players, coaches, and officials.
  • If I am upset, I will wait at least 24 hours to speak with my child's coach.
  • I will not place unreasonable expectations on my child.

We ask all parents to sign this Code of Conduct when registering for any ALL IN program.
