All new players will receive a complete adidas® package. 5th-12th grade players will receive a custom uniform, backpack, practice jersey and shooting shirt. 2nd-4th grade players will receive a custom uniform, practice jersey, shooting shirt and t-shirt.
This spring we will be offering four different practice locations.
Each season we will have multiple teams at each grade level. Teams will be split up based on skill level, position and where our staff best believes your child will develop their individual skill set and contribute the most to their respective team.
|Tryouts||Tryouts for the spring season are held at the end of February through the beginning of March (please click tabs above for specific tryout info at each of our locations).|
|Season Dates||The spring travel season runs from the middle of March through the end of May.|
|Ages||2nd-12th grade boys & 3rd-12th grade girls|
|Tournaments||Teams will play in at least 6 weekend events (usually within an hours drive of the team's practice location). Tournaments are one OR two-day events that are held on Saturdays and Sundays in April and May and feature 2-3 games each day).|
|Practice Days||Players will participate in two team practices each week. Practices will be held on Monday-Friday between 4pm-10pm. We collect conflicts during tryout registration and do our best to create a practice schedule that works for the majority of players on each team.|
|Elite Teams||All 5th-12th grade players that tryout will be evaluated for an elite team. All high school elite teams must be able to commit to a spring and summer schedule, as these teams have a competitive regional and/or national tournament schedule. During the registration process, you will be able to select whether or not you are interested in having your child evaluated for an elite team.|
|adidas® Partnership||ALL IN Athletics is an adidas® sponsored basketball program. We use our relationship with the internationally renowned athletic company to aid our student-athletes in reaching their athletic and academic goals.|
|Jr. NBA Flagship Network||ALL IN is 1 of 18 Jr. NBA Flagship Network programs nationwide. The Jr. NBA Flagship Network is comprised of 15 best-in-class youth basketball organizations that share the Jr. NBA’s vision for how the game should be taught and played at the grassroots level, and have committed to pursuing the highest standard of operation in the industry.|
|Professional Coaching Staff||Every member of the ALL IN coaching staff is a USA Youth Youth Basketball licensed coach. Our coaches are trained to provide positive and constructive feedback to the players in skills training, practices and during the games. The constant feedback provided by coaches and staff will expedite the process for skill development. We believe our coaching staff is unparalleled in their passion, commitment, dedication and knowledge of the game.|
|Player Development||The ALL IN goal is to develop each player on and off the court. We will provide a complete basketball experience that stresses: fundamental skills, game concepts, teamwork, and sportsmanship.|
|College Recruiting||The ALL IN staff has worked hard to build meaningful relationships with college coaches and scouting services over the past 17 years. We will ensure that each player is put in a position to receive appropriate college exposure opportunities during AND after the season. We expect multiple players to receive college scholarship offers and collegiate playing opportunities while participating with ALL IN during the spring & summer seasons.|
|Player Evaluations||We have implemented a new evaluation software called TeamGenius. We are using this for tryout evaluations and player feedback. Player feedback reports will be sent to you mid-season, which will allow your child a chance to connect with the coach to continue to improve in all areas during the season.|
|Appropriate Competition||We will have multiple teams at most grade levels. This allows us to place players appropriately based on their skill level and position. We will work very closely with tournament directors to ensure that your child’s team is playing against other teams that will provide a challenging but competitive matchup.|
|Playing Time||ALL IN Travel Basketball is a competitive developmental program. Players are guaranteed at least 40% playing time over the course of a tournament. Although we are trying to compete in tournament games, we believe it is more important to develop all players. By guaranteeing more game reps, we are confident that players will improve their skill set and ability to play the game. (Coaches of elite teams do not have to follow this playing time rule. If your child is being placed on an elite team, you will be notified at the start of the season.)|
|Positive Coaching||Our coaches are trained to provide positive and constructive feedback to the players in skills training and during the game. The constant feedback provided by coaches and staff will expedite the process for skill development. (Please click "About" and then "Coaching Staff" to view a complete list of ALL IN coaches.)|
|Discounted Training||ALL IN travel team players will receive 10% off of skills training throughout the year. Like ALL IN Travel/AAU team practices, ALL IN skills training sessions feature active and dynamic drills to teach game concepts and develop fundamental skills. No sitting on the bench or standing in long lines during drills provides players with the ultimate opportunity to improve their skills over the course of the year. (Discount does not apply to private lessons.)|
|Flexible Scheduling||We offer flexible practice and tournament scheduling for players that participate in more than one sport during the season. We ask that you provide us with the practice & game schedules for your other team(s) so that we can do our best to plan around them.|
|HonestGame||ALL IN has partnered with HonestGame, which gives high school student-athletes a step-by-step roadmap to navigate the NCAA and the NAIA academic eligibility requirements. All 8th-12th grade ALL IN players will receive an Honest Game Individual Player Account ($160 Value).|
